El estudio FT-IR revela la formación de ferritas mostrando las bandas de absorción significativas. Los datos espectroscópicos VU-VIS se utilizan para calcular la brecha de banda óptica directa e indirecta (Eg) utilizando el gráfico de Tauc en el borde de la banda de absorción. Se determina que son 1,57eV y 1,71eV, 1,01eV y 1,01eV para la ferrita de litio y la ferrita de litio-vanadio respectivamente. Los espectros de análisis de dispersión de energía de rayos X mostraron que los elementos esperados existen en el material. 52 pp. Spanisch.

Copper nanoparticles in the present investigation have been synthesized by chemical r…eduction method using IPA as reducing agent and CTAB as a capping agent. The synthesized copper nanoparticles encapsulated with siddha drug Rajakalimbu. The copper nanoparticles entrap with siddha drug Rajakalimbu characterized by spectral studies ( UV-Vis spectroscopy) and microscopic studies (TEM, AFM). The antibacterial activity of CuNPs as well as drug loaded CuNPs will be investigated against the E.coli and S.aureus. The surface plasmon resonance band at 535nm indicates the formation of copper nanoparticles. The particle size obtained by TEM is 7.5nm. The XRD analysis revealed broad pattern for FCC crystal structure of copper metal. The particle size obtained XRD method using Debye- Sherer is equation is 6.95nm. The drug encapsulated CuNPs exhibit excellent antibacterial activity against E.Coli and S.aureus when compared to the unbound drug.

A typical procedure simply involved the thermal oxidation of these substrates in air and within the temperature range from 60 to 70 °C. The advantages of this synthetic method include the use of green reducing agents, environmentally benign solvents and no inert atmosphere is required. The resulting CuO NPs are characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, XRD, XPS, HRTEM, and FESEM. These nanocubic and nanoflake-like morphologies for CuO NPs had a controllable diameter in the range of 30-100 nm. The results demonstrate that maintain and of pH is important for the formation of the CuO NPs. The resulting CuO NPs exhibit more antibacterial activity.

Die Röntgenbeugungsergebnisse zeigen, dass die Struktur des Lithiumferrits und des vanadiumdotierten Lithiumferrits monoklin ist. Die durchschnittliche Teilchengröße von Lithiumferrit beträgt 22nm und von vanadiumdotiertem Lithiumferrit 29nm, berechnet nach der Scherer-Formel. Die Gitterparameter und die Versetzungsdichte (d) werden aus den XRD-Daten berechnet. Die Dehnungswerte ( ) werden aus dem Williamson-Hall-Diagramm ermittelt. Die FT-IR-Studie zeigt die Bildung von Ferriten mit signifikanten Absorptionsbanden. Die VU-VIS-Spektroskopiedaten werden zur Berechnung der direkten und indirekten optischen Bandlücke (Eg) unter Verwendung des Tauc-Plots an der Kante der Absorptionsbande verwendet. Für Lithiumferrit und Lithium-Vanadium-Ferrit wurden 1,57eV &1,71eV bzw. 1,01eV &1,01eV ermittelt. Die energiedispersiven Röntgenanalysespektren zeigten, dass die erwarteten Elemente in dem Material vorhanden sind. 52 pp. Deutsch.

Os resultados da difracção de raios X mostram que a estrutura de ferrite de lítio e ferrita de lítio dopada com vanádio são estruturas monoclínicas. O tamanho médio das partículas de ferrite de lítio é de 22 nm e a ferrite de lítio dopada com vanádio é de 29 nm são calculadas pela fórmula de Scherer. Os parâmetros da malha e a densidade de deslocamento (¿) são calculados a partir dos dados de XRD. Os valores da deformação (¿) são avaliados a partir da parcela de Williamson-Hall. O estudo FT-IR revela a formação de ferritas mostrando as bandas de absorção significativas. Os dados espectroscópicos do VU-VIS são utilizados para calcular a distância entre bandas ópticas directas e indirectas (Eg), utilizando a parcela de Tauc na borda da banda de absorção. São determinados como 1,57eV & 1,71eV, 1,01eV&1,01eV para ferrite de lítio e ferrite de lítio vanádio, respectivamente.
