L'obiettivo di questo studio è stato quello di convalidare uno strumento di misurazione della CA nel contesto degli IIS, utilizzando il punto di vista dei manager dell'Information Technology. Il metodo utilizzato è stato un'indagine bibliometrica, seguita da un'indagine quantitativa. La raccolta dei dati utilizzata è stata di tipo survey; è stata classificata come descrittiva e, trattandosi di un'analisi che coinvolgeva numerose variabili, lo strumento di misura è stato validato utilizzando un'analisi fattoriale di conferma. Sono state riscontrate basse correlazioni nelle variabili relative ai meccanismi di comunicazione, alle routine e ai fattori scatenanti l'attivazione della ricerca di conoscenze esterne. Il punto positivo riscontrato è la proattività, che dimostra che gli IIS sono proattivi e non aspettano che si verifichi un cambiamento per adattarsi successivamente, secondo il parere dei responsabili IT. 84 pp. Italienisch.

O método utilizado foi uma pesquisa bibliométrica, seguida por uma pesquisa quantitativa. O levantamento de dados utilizado foi do tipo survey; classificada como descritiva, e, por se tratar de uma análise envolvendo inúmeras variáveis, a validação do instrumento de mensuração foi realizada por meio de uma análise fatorial confirmatória. Foram encontradas correlações baixas nas variáveis referentes a mecanismos de comunicação, rotinas e gatilhos para a ativação da busca ao conhecimento externo. Ziel dieser Studie war die Validierung eines Instruments zur Messung der Absorptionsfähigkeit im Kontext von Hochschuleinrichtungen unter Verwendung der Ansichten von Managern der Informationstechnologie. Die verwendete Methode war eine bibliometrische Erhebung, gefolgt von einer quantitativen Erhebung. Die Datenerhebung erfolgte in Form einer Umfrage; sie wurde als deskriptiv eingestuft, und da es sich um eine Analyse mit zahlreichen Variablen handelte, wurde das Messinstrument mit Hilfe einer konfirmatorischen Faktorenanalyse validiert. Geringe Korrelationen wurden bei den Variablen festgestellt, die sich auf Kommunikationsmechanismen, Routinen und Auslöser für die Aktivierung der Suche nach externem Wissen beziehen.
