The boards are flat and a little loose from cracking to hinges; the front has a few small marks and the spine ends have slight wear. The free end papers…are tanned. The text block is illustrated in black and white by A. L. Struthers. The pages are even and quite tight; the Prelims are lightly foxed and the rest of the pages reasonably clean. No dedications etc. Good plus condition. Without jacket. A. L. Struthers (illustrator).
