For the total content, nitro-perchloric digestion was used, according to the Manual of Methods of Tissue Analyses used at Embrapa and for the total N content, the sulphuric digestion method was used. For the infusion, 1.5 g of yerba mate was weighed into 10 ml of deionised water, with a contact time of 10 minutes, at temperatures of 70, 80 and 90 °C. The quantification of the elements was performed in ICP-OES. On average, the highest contents obtained for all elements in infusion was at 70 °C. The nutrients Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn and Zn were transferred to the mate. The Cd contents in infusion are above the maximum values allowed by legislation for infusions. Für den Gesamtgehalt wurde ein nitro-perchlorischer Aufschluss gemäß dem Methodenhandbuch für Gewebeanalysen der Embrapa und für den Gesamt-N-Gehalt ein schwefelsaures Aufschlussverfahren verwendet. Für den Aufguss wurden 1,5 g Yerba mate in 10 ml entionisiertes Wasser eingewogen, mit einer Kontaktzeit von 10 Minuten, bei Temperaturen von 70, 80 und 90 °C. Die Quantifizierung der Elemente wurde mit ICP-OES durchgeführt. Im Durchschnitt wurden die höchsten Gehalte für alle Elemente im Aufguss bei 70 °C erzielt. Die Nährstoffe Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn und Zn wurden auf den Mate übertragen. Die Cd-Gehalte im Aufguss liegen über den gesetzlich zulässigen Höchstwerten für Aufgüsse. Beim Pb-Gehalt liegt jedoch nur die Marke M4 über dem zulässigen Wert. 72 pp. Deutsch.

Per l'infusione, 1,5 g di yerba mate sono stati pesati in 10 ml di acqua deionizzata, con un tempo di contatto di 10 minuti, a temperature di 70, 80 e 90 °C. La quantificazione degli elementi è stata eseguita in ICP-OES. In media, i contenuti più elevati ottenuti per tutti gli elementi in infusione sono stati ottenuti a 70 °C. I nutrienti Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn e Zn sono stati trasferiti al compagno. I contenuti di Cd nell'infuso sono superiori ai valori massimi consentiti dalla legislazione per gli infusi. Para o teor total utilizou-se a digestão nitro-perclórica, de acordo com o Manual de Métodos de Análises de Tecidos utilizados na Embrapa e para o teor total de N foi utilizado o método de digestão sulfúrica. Para a infusão foi pesado 1,5 g de erva-mate para 10 ml de água deionizada, com tempo de contato de 10 minutos, em temperaturas de 70 ,80 e 90 °C. A quantificação dos elementos foi realizada em ICP-OES. Em média os maiores teores obtidos para todos os elementos em infusão foi a 70 °C. Os nutrientes Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn e Zn foram transferidos para o chimarrão. Os teores de Cd em infusão encontram-se acima dos valores máximo permitidos pela legislação para infusões.
