Text is faded but easily legible and spine is discoloured with a small puncture mark at the top going through to the inside of the back cover. The back cover itself is heavily stained and warped. Previous owner pasted a sticker inside the front cover stating ownership. Author's picture page is signed which can be found adjacent to the title page. Text is age toned throughout, but otherwise clean. Binding has loosened throughout, most noticeably between signatures, but remains firm throughout. Previous owner included a newspaper cut-out in the back which discusses the home of C.H. Piggott. This book has lasted extremely well for it's age and remains in good condition. Signed by Author(s).
