Previous owner pasted a sticker inside the front cover stating ownership. Author's picture page is signed which can be found adjacent to the title page. Text is age toned throughout, but otherwise clean. Binding has loosened throughout, most noticeably between signatures, but remains firm throughout. Previous owner included a newspaper cut-out in the back which discusses the home of C.H. Piggott. This book has lasted extremely well for it's age and remains in good condition. Signed by Author(s).
