Decorative Cloth Boards. Condition: Good +. Victor Prout (illustrator). Presumed 1st Edition. Undated but B.L. has 1916 for this edition.printed 1855 under facsimile inscription of George Mogridge ('Old Humphrey') on tissue-guarded frontis. Decorative cloth boards (blue ground, boy and girl sitting on branch); neat fep inscription reads:-'Presented to Jessie Sully by Rehoboth Bapt. Sun. Sch. Feb. 5th 1925.' Pp 384, colour frontispiece (by Victor Prout). A square, tight, clean copy; a touch of edge rub and bumped spine but this is a sound example.

Hardback. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Circa 1933. Very good condition with no wrapper. Black titles and image of boy and girl sat on branch. Colour frontis. Nick to top of spine. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched!
