Undated but B.L. has 1916 for this edition.printed 1855 under facsimile inscription of George Mogridge ('Old Humphrey') on tissue-guarded frontis. Decorative cloth boards (blue ground, boy and girl sitting on branch); neat fep inscription reads:-'Presented to Jess…ie Sully by Rehoboth Bapt. Sun. Sch. Feb. 5th 1925.' Pp 384, colour frontispiece (by Victor Prout). A square, tight, clean copy; a touch of edge rub and bumped spine but this is a sound example. Victor Prout (illustrator).
