Red cloth with gilt-stamped spine and cover titles; ornate gilt- and blind-stamped decoration on spine and both boards with color pastedowns. All page edges gilt. Former owner's name on…blank leaf following front endpapers: J.G. Harris. Presentation leaf is inscribed "My Husband." A later edition of most of the text of The Masonic Offering, A Gift for All Seasons, published in 1854. Not in Faxon. Contains poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, all related to Freemasonry. Scarce. In Good- Condition: lacking lower 2/3rds of cloth over spine; corners rubbed; cover is slightly soiled; minor loss at head of spine; foxing and light soiling; slightly shaken.
