They were here published here for the first time. They describe the author's recollections of the lumber boom days in northwest Michigan in the Chain of Lakes area and Elk Rapids on Lake Michigan. Original graygilt cloth publisher's covers with gilt spine lettering. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates.
