Inside the front cover is a book plate - The gift of M Oppenheim (pioneer historian of English naval administration, 1853-1927) in 1919 to Bath Public Reference Library, but none of the usual lending library stamps. Harper, presumably previous owner, stamped across title page, xiii, 464 mostly clean pages, and 4 pages for Montreal Telegraph Company, 116 pages of tables of routes, 27 or more pages of advertisements and intercolonial railway times. Overall the book published in 1873 and edited by P A Crossby remains in good condition.…
