The objective of this work is to analyse the impact of central government management on the contribution of TFPs specifically on the management of the Adjarra commune. The results show that the country's socio-political climate and the mode of resource management at the central level condition the contribution of partners and, at the same time, decentralized management. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el impacto de la gestión del gobierno central en la contribución de los PTF, específicamente en la gestión de la comuna de Adjarra. Los resultados muestran que el clima sociopolítico del país y el modo de gestión de los recursos a nivel central condicionan la contribución de los asociados y, al mismo tiempo, la gestión descentralizada.
