B. Spanwinkel, Schnitttiefe und Schnittgeschwindigkeit. Die Integration der Taguchi-Methode kann bei der Optimierung von Prozessparametern sehr effektiv sein. Sie optimiert nicht nur die Parameter, sondern gibt auch die Werte der Reaktion an, anhand derer die Auswahl der optimalen Prozessparameter gerechtfertigt werden kann. Die Ergebnisse basieren auf einem vorab ausgewählten Wertebereich der Eingabeparameter. Die nach der Bearbeitung induzierten Restspannungen werden maßgeblich durch den Spanwinkel und die Schnitttiefe beeinflusst. Mit zunehmendem Spanwinkel und zunehmender Schnitttiefe nehmen auch die Restspannungen zu. Das bedeutet, dass die induzierten Restspannungen direkt proportional zur Zunahme des Spanwinkels und der Schnitttiefe sind. Unsere Studie nutzt Finite-Elemente-Software, um die Restspannungsanalyse von mittelkohlenstoffhaltigem Stahl AISI1020 während des orthogonalen Schneidprozesses auf einer Formfräsmaschine zu simulieren.…
