Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, besonders das recht junge Teilgebiet des Supply Chain Controllings näher darzustellen und zu verdeutlichen, wie eine ordnungsgemäße Anwendung zu Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerungen in der Supply Chain führen kann.
