Slight rubbing to extremities, heavier at all corners & spine tips. Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Climbing the Fish's Tail by Wilfrid Noyce. SIGNED by the author with a dedication dated Sept 1960. This is a first edition signed by the eminent mountaineer Wilfrid Noyce. It is published by Heinemann in 1958. The inscription is written in blue ink on the front fly page and reads as follows: To Buster and Bill in memory of their kindness to us. July [?] and Sept 1960 from Wilfrid Noyce, 28.9.60. The dust jacket is intact but is in poor condition. It has sellotape and has many tears. The blue cloth boards are in good condition and there are gilt titles to the spine. There is foxing throughout but the text and photos are still clear.
