The book contains 232 indexed pages, followed by Appendix I which is a diary of the expedition, Appendix II which outlines preparations for the expedition, Appendix III which is defined as the Memorandum or ultimate aim of the expedition, Appendix IV which contains notes on certain items of equipment, Appendix V contains information on Oxygen equipment, Appendix VI is diet, Appendix VII is physiology and medicine.
