Michael Negele is a dedicated German chess historian and researcher who spearheads the Emanuel Lasker Project, collecting rare contemporary photographs, game data, and personal correspondence to paint a vivid picture of the era. Raj Tischbierek is a German chess Grandmaster (GM, 1990) who won East Germany Chess Championship twice (1987 and 1990).
