Les points de fusion ( C) des composés synthétisés ont été déterminés dans des tubes capillaires ouverts et ne sont pas corrigés. L'homogénéité des composés a été contrôlée par chromatographie sur couche mince ascendante (CCM) sur des plaques d'aluminium recouvertes de gel de silice G, visualisées par de la vapeur d'iode. Les spectres d'absorption IR ont été enregistrés sur une réflectance diffuse Bruker alpha KBr. Les spectres RMN 1H ont été enregistrés sur un spectromètre RMN Bruker advance 400 à 400 MHz. Les spectres RMN 1H et IR correspondaient aux structures attribuées. Les spectres de masse LC des composés ont été enregistrés sur Water, Q-TOF, Micromass (LC-MS). La plupart des composés ont montré une activité antimicrobienne considérable, comme l'indique la méthode de dilution en bouillon, en comparaison avec le médicament standard. Le composé X4 a montré une activité antibactérienne significative et les autres ont montré une faible activité contre le test. Par conséquent, la nature des groupes dans la fraction chalcone est très importante pour l'activité antimicrobienne. Os pontos de fusão (¿C) dos compostos sintetizados foram determinados em tubos capilares abertos e não estão corrigidos. A homogeneidade do composto foi monitorizada por Cromatografia em Camada Fina (CCF) ascendente em placas de alumínio revestidas com sílica gel G, visualizadas por vapor de iodo. Os espectros de absorção de IV foram registados em reflectância difusa Bruker alpha KBr. Os espectros de RMN 1H foram registados no espetrómetro Bruker advance 400 NMR a 400 MHz. Os espectros de 1H NMR e IR foram consistentes com as estruturas atribuídas. Os espectros de massa LC dos compostos foram registados em Water, Q-TOF, Micromass (LC-MS). A maioria dos compostos apresentou uma atividade antimicrobiana considerável, como indicado no método de diluição em caldo, em comparação com o medicamento padrão. O composto X4 apresentou uma atividade antibacteriana significativa e os restantes apresentaram uma atividade fraca contra o teste. Por conseguinte, a natureza dos grupos na porção de chalcona é muito importante para a atividade antimicrobiana.
