The study approach is a systematic simple design of experiment to conduct the research as mentioned.The parameter varied in proportions are addition of bio polymer latex with two other synthetic latex namely SB and SA. As noted that the bio polymer latex in top coat applications can be substituted up to 50-75% against synthetic binders such as SB and SA latex respectively.The main reasons are ease of coating formulations; good rheology behavior, controlled ink absorption and good dry pick strength of paper.
