Very light green boards, black lettering. Printed on newsprint paper, browning included! Pages are excellent, no writing, creases, stains or tears. Even has fake foxing on the eps for effect. The Dj has heavy edge wear/wrinkling on edges with some small splits, bottom front has a 2" wrinkle and a tear to flap edge. Fingerprint size smudge on back cover, but faint. Reprinted on the order of the Wentworth County Council as a Centennial project by the Ryerson Press. Presentation copy signed by some people whose names are pretty much unreadable. The handwriting looks the same, Dated June 12, 1980. Maybe Clifford Sheets and ?Anne Hamilton Jones? oh well, A presentation edition with 'The Regional Muncipality of Hamilton-Wentworth' gold sticker on first end paper.
