A little loss to the spine label of 1823-26, with evidence of wear prior to rebacking with cracks to the spine. Bumping to the extremities. Surface cracks to the original boards of 1823-26. A little heavier rubbing to the spine of 1826-30. Small chip to the spine label of 1830-36. Extremities of the boards of 1837-44 are discoloured. Bookplate and bookseller's label to the front paste down and recto of the front endpaper of the 1823-26 volume. Bookseller's label to the front paste down of 1826-30 and 1830-36. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with the occasional spot. Ink inscription to the title page of 1826-30. Some pages of 1826-30 are more age-toned and a little marked.
