Also, reaction of arylhydrazonal with ethylcyanodimer, the corresponding pyradizinone was isolated on refluxing ethanol zeolite mixture. However, pyrdazine imine was isolated on refluxing ethanolic piperidine. Reaction of aryl hydrazonals with semicarbazide, thiosemicarbazide and amino guanidine on refluxing ethanol in presence of catalytic amount of zeolite, the corresponding hydrazine carboxamide, hydrazine carbothioamide, hydrazine carboximidamide derivatives were obtained respectively.
