The company changed its name in 1932 to Dr. Miles Laboratories and again in 1935 to Miles Laboratories. Miles Laboratories operated independently from its founding until 1979 when it became a subsidiary of Bayer AG. From 1979-1995, Bayer AG was the parent company of Miles Laboratories. In 1995, Miles Laboratories became defunct when it was consolidated into Bayer AG.…
