Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Authors: Terrence Maitland has written for several publications, including Newsweek magazine and the Boston Globe, and has coauthored other volumes in The Vietnam Experience. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College and has a M.S. from Boston University. Peter McInerney taught at the University of Pennsylvania and has published articles about literature and film of the Vietnam War. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. at the Johns Hopkins University.
