Small reference sticker to front pastedown. First and only edition, extensively covering the airways of Europe, with information on the Air Port of London (Croydon Aerodrome), routes and fares, with accompanying maps, and now nostalgic looking images of vintage aircraft, aerial views etc. Wing Commander Norman Macmillan (1892-1976) was awarded the Military Cross and Air Force Cross for his service during WW I (he was a Sopwith ace), tried unsuccessfully to fly round the world, and became a test pilot. He wrote on aviation, including RAF histories.
