Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book investigates the origin of the ancient peoples known as the Getae, Scythians, and Goths. The author unravels the mystery surrounding these enigmatic tribes, challenging the long-held but erroneous belief that the Scythians and Getae were one and the same people. The book sets… the record straight, providing compelling evidence to support the distinct identities of these fascinating ancient groups. Through meticulous analysis of primary sources, the author reconstructs their history, shedding light on their customs, beliefs, and interactions with other civilizations. The insights gained from this volume are essential for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the rich tapestry of ancient history. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
