They are at least reading copies, complete and in reasonable condition, but usually secondhand; frequently they are superior examples. Hardcover. Condition: Good. hardback, 8vo, 320pp, colour frontispiece and 12 b/w plates by Arch Webb, edges browned and scattered foxing throughout, inner hinges cracked, no inscriptions, blue cloth pictorial, rubbed, corners bumped, Good condition.

Cloth. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. Webb, Arch. (illustrator). Rubbed, shaken, dampstained, foxed, prize plate to front pastedown, pencil scribble to verso of contents, gutters cracked. Text and plates generally clean and clear. Size: 12mo.

Hardcover. First Edition; First Printing. Very Good+ in a Very Good dust jacket. Small closed tears on top rear panel. Light shelfwear on panel corners and spine crown and heel. Creasing on front flap.
