The author concludes that new regulations for the Districtâs milk supply were needed, especially regarding the tuberculin test, pasteurization, bacterial content, and a maintenance of low temperature. These regulations would increase the price for consumers but would not prohibit milk consumption and would ensure a better quality of milk overall.
