Cloth somewhat worn, hinges somewhat loose (as usual on this item), end papers browned, contents very good thus. Booklet very good. Monumental reconstruction plan, which showed much greater stress on social aspects of reconstruction than most other plans at this time. Lock's best known and most important work, and in terms of its approach one of the most radical plans of the period.
