Ferrari conceived a dialogue among supposed voices of authority, insisting on the equal complicity of individuals such as Hitler, Lyndon Johnson, Pope Paul VI, and God in perpetuating unending cycles of violence. This translation results from nearly three years of work, including thorough investigation of Ferrari's sources. It accompanies an exhibition of seminal works by Ferrari, curated by Ruth Estevez, Miguel A. Lopez, and Agustin Diez Fischer at the Gallery at REDCAT as part of Pacific Standard Time's Los Angeles/Latin America initiative, which will see the text performed by a cast of over forty artists, actors, and other recognized figures. Named after Kenzo's online blog, Kenzine has been published in a limited run of 2.400 numbered copies. Toiletpaper was founded in 2010 by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari with the art direction of Micol Talso as a pict…ure-based magazine. Photos published in the magazine have been applied to a variety of products and media, exploring multiple possibilities for images to live beyond the page. The Toiletpaper creative team, met with Kenzo and created the advertising campaign for the Fall-Winter 2013, Spring-Summer 2014, Fall-Winter 2014 and now Spring-Summer 2015 season. Since 2011, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim have been the creative directors of Kenzo. Thanks to their new vision, the label has revived the spirit which lies at the origin of its success. Founders of the concept store Opening Ceremony, launched in September 2002 in New York, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim are now at the helm of Kenzo, aiming to inject their original energy into Parisian fashion. Set in a graphic and futuristic universe, the team wanted to convey an optimistic utopia and also to provide an element of surprise in the images.The viewer witness is at once something instantly recognizable and familiar but upon closer reflection records an observation into the unknown. Con este objetivo, el libro está estructurado en tres partes que analizan la historia de su gestación, su sentido en la actualidad y la necesidad de una didáctica específica que haga posible una educación plena en los derechos humanos. Así, la parte final del libro recoge una serie de orientaciones didácticas para educar en esta materia, partiendo de una redefinición de la responsabilidad individual y colectiva como responsabilidad narrativa. Nuestro principal reto es la formación de una ciudadanía cívica universal a través de una práctica docente que debe reunir tres componentes: conocimientos sobre la historia de estos derechos, una reflexión crítica sobre la situación actual cuando los mercados parecen primar sobre las personas y una educación plena para el ejercicio responsable de la ciudadanía.Lourdes Otero León es doctora en Filosofía y en Psicología. Actualmente es profesora de Didáctica de la Filosofía y Filosofía de las Artes en la Universidad de Valladolid (UVa).
