      Lithographs by Jane Pécheur printed in black. Number 1 of 400 copies, this being one of 5 printed on japon with an additional suite of the lithographs. Folio, 34 x 26cm, [6] 146pp, [11] plates. Full black crushed goatskin by Legrain, covers with pattern of parallel curvilinear gouges in blind forming a broad swirling pattern, gilt bordered red onlay 'A' stretching across upper and lower covers, spine lettered in gilt, turn-ins with pattern of cross-hatched gilt rules and red and black suede doublures, binders gilt stamp to upper turn-in, abstract gold and silver endpapers, all edges gilt, in grey paper chemise with black goatskin spine label lettered in gilt, black goatskin edged paper slipcase. Paris, La Table Ronde. Near fine, slightest of bump to head of spine, slipcase lightly rubbed, neat bookplate of John Roland Abbey to ffep.  A stunning binding by Jacques Anthoine-Legrain, stepson and assistant to the great Pierre Legrain, with a striking design combining the hardness of a large typographic 'A' with gentle curves formed of incised parallel lines.
