It was first published in1928 and the cover design and the back and white illustrations reflect that time. Condition: Good: The stitching that holds the book together has weakened so the binding is no longer absolutely secure. The spine is worn. The pages sit a little proud of the binding but they are, but for a few marks, and a shadow of foxing, reasonably clean and un-thumbed.
