The study found out that both CR and SST counseling techniques are effective in the reduction of APD. Also there is a differential effect base on gender in the CR treatment in favor of male while there is no differential effect base on gender in SST treatment.The study recommended that a standardized structured counselling treatment package of the two techniques (CR and SST) should be designed and incorporated into schools national curriculum.
