Contact seller5-star sellerHardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. This G quality book was copyrighted in 1910 and is published by Reilly & Britton; it is 7-5/8" tall with 223 numbered pages of text. This book has a yellowish cloth binding with lettering in black except for the title on the front panel, which is in red. The book has a mild lean, is moderat…ely and uniformly soiled, with all four corners bumped and an edge ding on the top of the front board; the head and heel of the spine are bumped with color loss and fraying at both places; the bottom edges have significant wear. The spine is moderately worn and soiled but the lettering is still very clear and the image intact. The front panel image is soiled and has very noticeable wear. Except for a neat penciled inscription on the FFEP, and a penciled name/ author / title scrawled on the back of the frontis, the interior is free of writing and stray marks; a fair number of pages have small stains, mostly in the margins and a few pages have short tears,also confined to the margins. Both hinges are quite strong and not damaged in any fashion. The text paper is modestly toned and is quite flexible. The book has no remainder mark and is not a former library book. It has a colored frontis on coated paper and three illustrations on plain paper. The list at the front of the book lists through the first six titles of this series.
