The Limited Editions Club Letter dedicated to this book is laid in. On paper made by hand to resemble the stock produced in 1920's Russia, even incorporating bits of Russian newspapers with the rags and cotton pulp. To attain this unique effect, Russian newspapers have been cut into minute pieces which were then incorporated with the rags and cotton pulp, and individual Cyrillic letters were floated onto the mixture before the process was completed.
