En conclusión, ha demostrado ser un potente agente contra la artritis reumatoide. El nanogel puede ser eficaz debido a su mejor liberación del fármaco y a sus parámetros fisicoquímicos. Nifedipine showed the solubility in sesame oil, tween 80 and propylene glycol. solvent and co-solvent were mixed in various ratios to find the effective ratio for microemulsion formation. At least 26 were developed and only four shows the property of microemulsion which was observed by visual assessment in distilled water.Various formulations were developed and upon subjection of these trials, only trial F14 and F17 remain monophasic i.e. phase separation do not occur. Among these two trial only trial F14 show the characteristic of microemulsion i.e. showed >95 % transmittance. In that formulation oil, surfactant and co-surfactant was 4:4:2 respectively.At least three trials are carried to find the suitable ratio of various excipient in the preparation SMEDDS of nifedipine. 88 pp. Englisch.

In conclusion, it has proven as a potent anti-rheumatic arthritis agent. Nanogel may be effective due to its better drug release and physicochemical parameters. It can be tested in clinical trials and then recommended in the cure of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in humans.

Le développement d…u SMEDDS de nifédipine a été étudié pour connaître la solubilité dans différentes huiles, solvants et co-solvants afin de sélectionner l'huile et les différents composants appropriés pour la formulation du SMEDDS. La nifédipine s'est révélée soluble dans l'huile de sésame, le tween 80 et le propylène glycol. Le solvant et le co-solvant ont été mélangés dans différents rapports afin de trouver le rapport efficace pour la formation de la microémulsion. Au moins 26 ont été développées et seulement quatre présentent la propriété de microémulsion qui a été observée par évaluation visuelle dans l'eau distillée. Diverses formulations ont été développées et après soumission de ces essais, seuls les essais F14 et F17 restent monophasiques, c'est-à-dire qu'il n'y a pas de séparation de phase. Parmi ces deux essais, seul l'essai F14 présente les caractéristiques d'une microémulsion, c'est-à-dire qu'il présente une transmittance > 95 %. Dans cette formulation, l'huile, le tensioactif et le co-tensioactif étaient respectivement de 4:4:2. El disolvente y el co-disolvente se mezclaron en varias proporciones para encontrar la proporción eficaz para la formación de microemulsiones. Se desarrollaron al menos 26 y sólo cuatro mostraron la propiedad de microemulsión, que se observó mediante evaluación visual en agua destilada. Se desarrollaron varias formulaciones y, tras someterlas a estos ensayos, sólo los ensayos F14 y F17 permanecieron monofásicos, es decir, no se produjo separación de fases. Entre estos dos ensayos, sólo el ensayo F14 mostró las características de la microemulsión, es decir, mostró una transmitancia >95%.
