These 171 pages (extensively notated) gather together the work of seven different authors. For example : F. Murray fraser writes in child abuse in Nova Scotia. Pierre Patenaude writes about the right of privacy in Quebec. There is some tabular data and some graphical - else UNillustrated. Cond : Paper wrapper is soft yellow with briwn lettering. I interpret the front cover image to be the result of a bomb blast (in Qubec ??). Tight in binding. No names .Clean but with some underlining. Back cover has notes by a p/o. Excellent reference copy.
