"The original edition of the first two volumes of Kinsey Photographer was released in the fall of 1975. The saga of Darius and Tabitha Kinsey's lifework (she spent 47 years in the darkroom and he spent 50 years in the field with camera, 1890 to 1940) now continues with Volume Three The Locomotive Portraits including 41 superb photographs of the logging industry's steam locomotives, historical essays by John Labbe on each locomotive and the logging operations it served, and excerpts from conversations with some of the old time engineers, firemen, and brakemen.
