The Arena was a progressive magazine published and edited by Benjamin Orange Flower in the late 1800's, noted for examining various social causes of the time. GOOD condition, ex-historical society, with a stamp, blindstamp and faint call letters in pencil on the front cover. Minor soiling, some darkening and a few stray pencil marks to the front cover. Minor chipping and scuffing along the extremities. Spine darkened. Interior solid with minor toning. A small tear present in the fore edge margin of one page.
