Pour connaître la morphologie de l'échantillon, des tests SEM et XRD et des tests rhéologiques ont été effectués. Sur la base des différents tests effectués, il a été décidé d'utiliser le fluide ER à base d'oxalate de titanyle de baryum dans l'amortisseur proposé pour vérifier sa performance dynamique. Une analyse FFT est effectuée sur le prototype d'un amortisseur à usage intensif pour vérifier ses performances avec le fluide ER proposé. Les résultats de l'analyse FFT montrent que l'objectif de ce travail de thèse, à savoir la réduction du spectre de temps (59%) et du déplacement de recul (94%) de l'amortisseur, est atteint.

ER and MR fluids show dramatic… and tunable changes in their rheological properties under external magnetic or electric field strength respectively. These fluids can be effectively incorporated in various engineering applications like shock absorber, dampers, clutches, brakes etc. In this research synthesis of ER fluid (Strontium titanyl oxalate and Barium titanyl oxalate base) and MR fluid with high yield stress and low sedimentation rate have been carried out. To know the morphology of sample SEM and XRD tests & rheological tests are conducted. Based on the various test conducted it is decided to use Barium titanyl oxalate based ER fluid in proposed damper to check its dynamic performance. FFT analysis is carried out on prototype of heavy duty damper to check its performance with proposed ER fluid. It is seen from the results obtained from FFT analysis that the objective of this dissertation work to reduce time spectrum (59%) and recoil displacement (94%) of damper is fulfilled. 64 pp. Englisch.

Para conocer la morfología de la muestra se han realizado pruebas de SEM y XRD y pruebas reológicas. Sobre la base de las diversas pruebas realizadas, se decidió utilizar el fluido ER a base de titanil oxalato de bario en el amortiguador propuesto para comprobar su rendimiento dinámico. El análisis FFT se lleva a cabo en el prototipo de amortiguador de servicio pesado para comprobar su rendimiento con el fluido ER propuesto. In dieser Forschungsarbeit wurde die Synthese von ER-Flüssigkeit (Strontiumtitanyloxalat und Bariumtitanyloxalatbasis) und MR-Flüssigkeit mit hoher Fließspannung und niedriger Sedimentationsrate durchgeführt. Um die Morphologie der Proben zu bestimmen, wurden SEM- und XRD-Tests sowie rheologische Tests durchgeführt. Auf der Grundlage der verschiedenen durchgeführten Tests wird beschlossen, die auf Bariumtitanyloxalat basierende ER-Flüssigkeit in dem vorgeschlagenen Dämpfer zu verwenden, um seine dynamische Leistung zu überprüfen. Die FFT-Analyse wird am Prototyp des Schwerlastdämpfers durchgeführt, um seine Leistung mit der vorgeschlagenen ER-Flüssigkeit zu überprüfen. Aus den Ergebnissen der FFT-Analyse geht hervor, dass das Ziel dieser Dissertation, das Zeitspektrum (59%) und die Rückstoßverschiebung (94%) des Dämpfers zu reduzieren, erreicht wurde. 68 pp. Deutsch.

Com base nos vários testes realizados, é decidido utilizar o fluido ER à base de Bário titanil oxalato de Bário no amortecedor proposto para verificar o seu desempenho dinâmico. A análise FFT é realizada em protótipo de amortecedor de serviço pesado para verificar o seu desempenho com o fluido ER proposto.
