Covers and endpapers have some slight marginal damp staining, darker on the outer margin of the front endpaper. Spine has a touch of white paint at the upper end and other discoloration. Spine label is worn and barely legible. Front endpapers slightly foxed, rear endpapers foxed. ; Inscribed in pencil on the front free endpaper "To H. T. K. With love from F. P. K.
