Covers exhibit moderate wear, fraying, soiling and bumping to corners and spine ends. Light soiling and shelf wear on edges. Moderate soiling and shelf wear to covers. Moisture staining to the lower edge of the back cover. Light sunning and moderate soiling to hinges and spine. Previous owners name plate is pasted to the inside front cover. Another owners signature on ffep. Moderate soiling and yellowing to upper and lower edges. Yellowing on inside front and back covers, ffep's, bfep's and text due to age. Text and the many b&w photos are otherwise clean and unmarked. Hinges are weak in areas but still firmly attached. Fold out map of The Aberdares in the back of the book is yellowed due to age. Inside pages are complete and unmarked. Condition of the dust jacket is Very Good Minus. The DJ is complete, not price clipped. It shows moderate shelf wear, including some discoloration to the spine and the folds. The DJ is protected in a new mylar cover.
