Aus dem Bundesstaat Khartoum wurden periphere Blutproben von Mü…ttern und Nabelschnurblut von Neugeborenen entnommen, Zellen kultiviert und mit MSP-1 Malaria-Antigenen und IL-10 sowie Gesamt-IgG gegen MSP1-19 stimuliert und auch Serum aus Nabelschnurblut auf Serum-Transferrin-Rezeptoren untersucht. Das Ergebnis zeigte, dass die Gesamtantikörper MSP119 von Multigravidae signifikant höher waren als die von Primigravidae und Grandmultigravidae mit unterschiedlichem Grad der Exposition. Eine geringere Exposition gegenüber einer P.falciparum-Infektion hatte keine signifikante Auswirkung auf die Antikörperspiegel, da die Primigravidae höhere Werte an MSP119 reaktiven Antikörpern aufwiesen. Das Ergebnis zeigte, dass die Gesamtantikörper MSP119 von Multigravidae signifikant höher waren als die von Primigravidae und Grandmultigravidae mit unterschiedlichem Grad der Exposition. Eine geringere Exposition gegenüber einer P.falciparum-Infektion hatte keine signifikante Auswirkung auf die Antikörperspiegel, da die Primigravidae höhere Werte an MSP119 reaktiven Antikörpern aufwiesen. E o resultado mostrou que o total de anticorpos MSP119 de multigravidae era significativamente mais elevado do que primigravidae e grandmultigravidae com diferentes graus de exposição.
