Exterior is bright and clear with great color and graphic quality on front cover. Very light bumps to corners, and light soiling to spine, rub spot on rear cover. Interior is clean and tight. Page 17 has a three inch tear that is intact, fixable and does not affect text. The binding has been loosened between pages 132 and 133 but is repairable and intact. Pages are lightly foxed. Good copy for reading or presentation. 189 pp. with advertisements, 7.5" X 5.3.".
