Two short tears at edges with light wear to corners, strong crease to bottom left corner, light soiling to printed side with some faded ink writing near top right corner, blank v…erso side well soiled with light staining. Card's text implies the product has been on the market for some time so perhaps it is circa 1900 to 1910 and the card was found (i.e. its provenance) inserted within a medical text book published in 1908.
