From dust jacket: Seldom in American business history has such a widespread conspiracy as the one described in this book been so fully disclosed. Extending throughout one of our largest industries, the conspiracy, once revealed, resulted in fines of more than two million dollars and in the imprisonment of highly paid corporate executives. Damaging as these cases may have been to the companies involved, the full implications of this vast acquisitive corporate crime have yet to be fully understood by the American public. With the publication of this book, the complicated machinations of this high-level conspiracy are clearly and simply revealed. United States History, American History, U. S.
