Es war umstritten, ob auch die Besitzungen der katholischen Stifte ? diese gehörten in Böhmen nicht zu den Ständen ? als königliche Kammergüter anzusehen seien und sie deshalb den Bau evangelischer Kirchen in ihren Dörfern zulassen müssten.
