Add to basketSoft cover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. VG/1st ed. A very nice copy of this 1939 pamphlet. I find no refernces for this publication at all. Sixteen pages with a construction paper type cover, with the titile in bold black letters, All pages are present, but 7-through 10 has come loose from the staples; both of which are present. Two small nicks to the front cover, no soiling , no markings. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage. Paternalistic, and just a touch racist, these type of pamphlets weren't hard to find in the South in the 1930's. I can get this in the mail to you tomorrow. BASD. Signed by Author(s).…
