This copy with a six line dedication to Author Helene Coustenoble, in blue ink (see second image). Difficult to read, but possibly : "A la bons provencale e mantenairis de la Cauro Mise Elens Coustenoble temoig…nage beg respectous de l'Autour" (?). This copy with 12 page Glossary (Gloussari) of Provencale words, see fifth image attached. [See also our ABE Listing: # 005892 "Li Conte de Mestre.", by the same author. Both from the same provenance]. Helene Coustenoble was the author of "La Phonetique du Provenc¸al Moderne en Terre d'Arles". Together with a copy of: 2. "Elements de Grammaire Provencale". Savinian. This copy in the Provencale dialect and with a handwritten dedication by the author, we think this reads (see image): "A la belle admiratrice de ma… chere Provence, Madamoiselle Helene Coustenoble, en temoignage de respecteuse amitie. Jean Bessat". Together with five unused pastcards showing portrait of Charloun Rieu. 1846 - 1924, together with a dedicatory poem "A Charloun" by Jan Bessat (see images). Also one single unused portrait post card of "Jan Bessat. Majourau dou Felibrige" with his poem "Au Bras d'Un Autre.". See image. This copy unread, as pages are still unopened (uncut).
