Photograph
Soft cover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: None. This item is a vintage hand-colored photograph, 8" high X 20.25" long in original oak frame. The cardboard backing has the original blue colored paper label that states: "From J.E. Stimson, scenic artist, headquarters for high art and commercial photographsl fune picture framing, enlarging and Kodak finishing; Cheyenne, WY". The bottom of the label written in pencil states "Haglaunds Ranch, Elk Mountain, Wyo" The next line is illegible but part reads ". Medicine Bow River". Not dated but I am guessing about 1890 vintage. Image is hand colored and mounted on 4 layers of art paper. The larges paper, the last one away from the image shows damp staining but image is not affected. Image is signed "Stimson, Cheyenne" in the bottom right corner. Ifthe image is successfully attached it will only show the center portion of the image as my camera skills leave much to be desired. 0.
